FedEx is our preferred method of shipping due to their transparent system, on-time delivery, insurance on shipments, and our corporate discount rate.
Shipping to You
We offer two levels of service: Overnight for $50 and 2nd Day for $30 anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping internationally is available, but please call 321-914-0118 to make arrangements. You will be responsible for any duty your country charges.
Every item comes in a gift box with a bow. Important items will have a Insurance appraisal for acquiring insurance. We recommend Jeweler’s Mutual, please click here for details.

Shipping Instructions - When we email a FedEx label to you

Our insurance company requires these simple steps to safely ship your merchandise via FedEx overnight to us. All shipping materials are free at the FedEx office.
- Securely place your merchandise inside a FedEx SMALL box, make sure it doesn’t rattle around
- Seal up the FedEx SMALL box
- Slide the SMALL box inside a FedEx MEDIUM box
- Place the shipping label on the outside of the FedEx MEDIUM box
- IMPORTANT Before closing up, snap a cell phone photo showing the label and the two boxes. This is an insurance requirement. Keep it until we receive your package.
- Seal up the FedEx MEDIUM box
- Drop off at a FedEx location, and get a receipt

You can also use a FedEx MEDIUM box inside a Fedex LARGE box
If we emailed you a label, it is already prepaid and insured. Peter Indorf Designs (PID) has the FedEx Declared Value Advantage Plan and we get lower rates and higher insurance coverage than you can purchase. All for your peace of mind.
